Good morning WBSD7:
This morning our Transportation Director, Facilities Director, and Assistant Superintendent all attempted to navigate city and rural roads. Drifting snow is again making many roads impassable. Our school parking lots and sidewalks are snow covered. Weather forecasts call for high winds throughout the day. I have made the decision to continue with a virtual school day today, December 16th. All school related activities, athletic competitions and practices are canceled.
While I realize this may create a difficult situation for many of our families, the safety of all students and staff in our school district continues to be our top priority.
